It was in a sheet of 12 coins from around the world at a flea market junk table. for the lot, I paid about $3. What is this coin worth? coins 002.jpg

    $2-$5 in that condition.

If you're going to ask about submitting it, I would save the expense.

According to my Crystall Ball, your 1895 V nickel is also worth $ 18.95 US Dollars. ;) Have a beautiful Sunday!

Even numismedia.com doesn't put a FMV of this over $5.

Your ball is defective, probably Made In China(which explains the defects).

eBay completed listings, $6.25 the highest, and $.82 the lowest.

A 1976 5-something silver coin from India, a 1946 US wheatear penny, a 1950 bundesrepublik deutschland 10-pfennig, a 1964 canadian penny, a 1970 republika pilipinas 25 sentimos, a half-dollar sized coin that looks perhaps korean- I can't read it. and some chinese coins. Again, can't read them.
