Hi all Just yesterday I found another 2000 WAM just last night . And I've had the 1972 ddo & 1941 ddo for a while now and I know they're legit as I've refered to my books and to all the coin sites you all generously referred me to (and thank you)...but... I'm not sure what to do about grading them, or not, or just sell them on ebay. Surely the correct, logical (and smart) thing to do is have them graded/authenticated by the most reputable graders, but I've been very assertive to the postings on CT about grading coins and whose the most expensive, more legit etc. and well, in a nutshell its really not duable for me right now, what with, as I understand there is an added cost of insurance etc. I can take it to a coin store but I'm not familiar with one around where I live. I think they're mostly in Boston which is 1 1/2 hour drive from me. I've posted some of my findings which some of you have said they are good finds. But I would like to try a hand at selling. Im really enjoying finding and collecting. But my husband tells me I should try going another step forward and sell some of what I have found. He likes that I have found something I really enjoy doing outside the norm. I strictly buy my coins within my budget and "allowance", LOL!! (one of the reasons hubby doesnt mind). Anywhooo, any advice you give would be most appreciated, I know it doesnt take brainstorming to do the logical thing, but it would help if I begin somewhere. Selling something would help for buy a better micro lens LOL! Anywhooo, thank you everybody! And have a great day!
I stepped out the house right now but Yes I will post pictures as soon as I get back home in a couple hours. On my iPhone right now.
I hope these pictures help. The 1941 is of course and older cent. Yet I referred carefully into coppercoins.com and Linclon Cent Resource and seems I got hits as all the noted subject/points are there on all coins.
Please continue to click on each picture and you will get a very good zoom and get a much better looksee on the details.
