    Given the reverse image of the buffalo, and the distorted shape of the coin, it looks like someone put a 1989 nickel and a 2005 nickel together in a screw press (maybe in high school shop class) and pressed them together.

    Pretty cool.. no matter how it was done. I have to children that are cherry pickers and would have had a field day had they found that. If I owned a tool.. let alone some tools I would try to press them just to see what would happen. I would hold onto it just incase... you never know.
