I wrote to Speedy about this issue in a PM and he referred me to Peter. I wrote to Peter, but received no response. The "LAST PAGE" link does not work in posts. An example is "Interesting find from circulation." When you click the link for "Last Page," you get... Not Found The requested URL /lastpostinthread[threadid].html was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.cointalk.org Port 80 Can anyone help????
I think they already know about this issue. To work around it, click on one of the available page numbers, then click on the "Last" link on that page. The error is only applying to the "Last Page" link on the forum page.
Yes, I was able to discover that. I also know what is causing the error. When the page loads, that link needs have a variable called threadID assigned and this is not happening. Therefore, when the link is clicked, it know to go to the last page, but can't figure out which thread to go to the last page of.
