It depends, honestly. Spectacular, widely doubled coins visible with the naked eye... yes. Anything you need a lens to see... no.
I think if it's big enough and rare enough, possibly. Some countries have a ton of error coins in circulation. I can think of India and Brazil that seem to have lots off centers, double dies, double struck, etc. It could just be because i follow a few people in Instagram that collect coins from these countries. But I would think if one collector had several of the same error, it can't be all that rare.
