    I like FAO coins. I had this one slabbed after I found it in a bulk bag, because it dates to the year my family lived in Tanzania.

    I was a little kid (6-7) at the time, and one of these per week was the first allowance I ever received from my parents, if I behaved well. If I remember correctly, you could buy a plastic model airplane kit with one.

    I love the size and shape of it, as well as the cow and bananas and crops.

    By the catalog, it is only about a $3.00 coin, and I spent nearly $50.00 to get it slabbed, but I don't care. This one had sentimental significance and I wanted to add it to my collection.
