    If someone likes them then yes.
    But they are not desirable. IMHO

    Just like Misaligned Die Strikes on Cents.
    Not a major error and with no premium, but I like to collect them.

    I save them up and then sell them after I acquire 20 for a full 2X2 page, but don't collect them myself. Very common on the 1969D cents, the results of an over polished die.
