I mentioned earlier that I would post what I found at the flea market. I went today and got (10) 2009 D lincoln cents, 2 sets each (p and d) of the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico quarters, a 1910s wheat and a 1913s wheat. Here are the pictures of the wheats. Paid 15.00 for the 1913s and 12.00 for the 1910s.
Looks like you got some good coins, for the price The 1913 S looks a little weird, the reverse anyway...Might have been cleaned in some point of its life, but still a nice coin!
The guy I bought it off of said he trys to pay the book value in g4 condition for coins and sells the coins at the book value of vg8 no mater what the coin condition actually is. He made only a couple of dollars on these.
I think so. I will go back a few more times. He said he had just sold 1924d and 1914d. I probably should have gotten the 1914s. But he is there all the time on the weekends.
I think they are both VF/XF and the 13s just has woodgraining but that doesn't happen from a cleaning.
