flea market finds

    today at the flee market i got two more notes for my collection I paid 6 dollars for this two notes,,did i pay to much?

    Well man, let me tell ya. At the present time I'd have to say I'll pass at guessing this one being I have absolutely no idea what notes you have or the conditions they're in. Post some pics and you'll possibly get some better answers.

    They're not worth alot considering the shape they're in. I cant make out the date on the top note but the bottom, 1957, is a very common note and very inexpensive.

    You overpaid a little bit, but it won't break you. For notes in that condition, most dealers will pay about $1.50 and sell them for between $2.00 and $2.50.

    I can't see the date on the top one either, but going off the Julian-Morgenthau signatures & P-C block letters...I'm quite certain it has to be a series 1935A.

    they are nice notes, but i wouldn't pay anymore than $4 for those two.

    As long as your happy, it's not really a big deal. Not like it was a $1000 purchase
