Fisher Treasury £1 T-24 printing error

    Picked this up yesterday and the prefix appears in reverse on the back of the note both bottom right and top left where there should just be the Houses of Parliament. One of the main dealers here in the UK said he's not seen it before........not sure if interest to collectors or not.

    That’s foreign paper and I don’t collect or have any knowledge of it. When I saw the T-24 I thought I was going to see a CSA Note. I missed the L1 before the T-24. Sorry but I can’t help you.

    It looks like P-357 & what you have may be a minor offset printing error, the "R 95" prefix from another note (above yours -with wet ink) has transferred onto your note. Is that what you mean by T-24 printing error? (I'm sure it would interest collectors- however the condition will still be a factor).

    For other collectors' opinions you may wish to consult Numista's forum (more European collectors there) or try contacting Pam West who is a specialist in banknotes from the UK.
