I checked it for you, and it is unfortunatly not rare. Over 10 million printed. But still a nice find. It is always cool finding star notes. :thumb:

i love it when i find a star note. i have found 5 so far, and my collection of them just keeps getting bigger. i have found 1 rare one already! bet thats definaly a keeper.:thumb:

 

What was the rare star you found? I love my star note collection ... its just getting tothe point where it has almost outgrown the 'here they all are, in this box' to forming district sets from the different issues .... almost =)

well, its kindof rare, but they only printed 640,000 of these bills. it is a $1 bill, 2003, G09982689*.

 

nice to find nice fancy serial numbers or stars during circulation. It will keep your day bright and shinning. I have many such experiences in my Singapore currency.

 

final tally on the 2003 G* notes is ... G 102 40000 * -- thats 10 million
