just got one of these "We The People" $10 star notes from the bank today. It is not crisp. 2004A. Someone wrote "200" on the left of the bill in black marker. The serial number is "GL 03485444 *". I'm thinking I should probably spend it. What do you guys think?

    Hello AdamL..
It is a $10 Star from San Francisco...too bad about the marker "200" someone counted out 200.00$ and marked it. If they only knew what they were marking on!!

    Nice note noe the less...

Thanks guys. What I'm really wondering is if it is worth more than $10. I think its cool, so I'd like to keep it. But money is tight right now, so if I can't sell it for more than $10, I think I'll have to spend it.
