Meow was doing the usual hunting and came a across a 1934 silver quarter today. Meow was totally not expecting to find silver, and a quarter at that too. Meow has been very dry with the W quarters. Not a single one found for months. Meow did find what Meow thinks is a 2000 Maryland D quarter with a DDO. The hair is doubled behind Washington's ear. And just to make sure, Meow compared it to another quarter of the same State and mintmark. And there is not usually any tick of anything behind his ear.
Nice silver find for sure. I found my first "W" mint mark quarter in my change from my Walmart vending soda machine. Idaho 2019. Sorry for the poor pics...
