    My only octopus on a coin is a sixth nomos from kroton. A spontaneous last minute bid that was surprisingly successful...Reportedly from Hirsch VI, October 1901 (who cares it cost less than a dinner out).

    I was wondering what octopus coin came in gold when I saw the title, but of course there was bound to be one!

    I've got a couple of electrum Syracuse coins and this pure gold one.
