So I just picked up 2010 & 2011 silver quarter proof sets off of eBay for $83 total including shipping. That was cheaper than I could find them anywhere else, they don't come with the box or COA but I'll be busting them out to store individually anyways. I have a weakness for touching what I collect, though I do know how to handle properly without damaging from my baseball card days. I'm pretty excited, seems like a decent deal. I'm just hoping that they are all good examples that look PF68-69 to me, otherwise they'll still get stored but I'll be buying another set. I keep hearing bad things about the Mint's quality control but I think I'll be ok. Definitely a better deal than paying for the "PF70" slabs and getting coins thrown in for free
Very nice james, congrats! Hey post photos if you can. As for handling them be VERY careful, get a pair of those cotton gloves. And so the sickness begins, Welcome to CT, it's kinda like a nice cozy padded room for most of us. If someone offers to give you a helmet TAKE IT! Anyway, welcome james it's a pleasure to meet you!
