This looks like a finned rim to me. Am I correct?

Sometimes a higher than normal pressure strike would create slight finning. I have felt the upraised rims of Cents and Dimes that feel sharp enough to almost cut skin.

Do you agree that this is finning?

It looks like more of a folded over rim burr than finning. I think that finning usually covers a larger / longer portion of the edge. 20% or more.
This example of finning covers approx. 50% of the top of this cent.

When I look at the rim it appears to me that something struck the rim in a sweeping motion that caused it to peel off an fold over onto the coin. Your photos are great but I am getting older and I can’t see as well as I once did. I’m up to 2.0 reading glasses and I’ve been there for years. I think I need to go to 2.5 now.

I have an eye Doctor appt. in the morning. I'll let you know how my eyes are but from these glasses, I see nothing! :(
