Fine Details, How? Cook Island Arethusa 2023 $5

    I purchased this last week and after looking at it for some time, I have to say it’s a small work of art. At least I think it is! Was this made with a die or was it lazer etched? Thoughts! IMG_2528.jpeg IMG_2529.jpeg

    I was expecting to find a problem coin (fine/details). Rather, I find a most beautiful and (nearly?) perfect specimen. Lovely indeed......

    To me the detail of the jewelry in the hair, earring, and necklace is just fantastic. @Mainebill is correct, why can't we?

    Thats a beauty! It’s nice to learn there is history behind the image and coin! How many coins like yours are in existence today? I read there are 1500 of these produced? Far more than your example!
