I don't know if this will help anyone else, but I've been to a few banks asking if they have the new nickels. One teller nicely gave me her card to call back each week to see if they had them, but none of the others had them. Today I was in Wal-Mart and decided to see if their instore bank might have some. They did. I got ten rolls. So, for those looking, you might look at unlikely small bank outlets in stores.
