This long-awaited (by me) volume is finally shipping after many delays. Ordered a copy today from Amazon and should have it early next week, at which time I'll be able to comment on its merits or lack thereof.
Well, Whitman will have a long way to go to surpass the Charlton Catalogue but I simply can't stop myself from buy books about Canadian coinage!
I couldn't agree more, Charlton is the originator. I'm just glad that there's a second reference or second opinion I can refer to when I need it.
Haxby's annual "Coins of Canada" is an excellent reference book. Not as detailed as the much larger Charlton, it is handy to carry around to coin shows.
