I have been looking for one of these FOREVER and finally found one just sitting out basking under the fluorescent lights of the bourse on Anthony Terranova's table ... and now it sits permanently entombed in my safety deposit box. For those of you unfamiliar with Fugio varieties, the 2-C is extremely rare and this is one of the finest known examples. I should really have it properly imaged by Mark Goodman for posterity. But first, do I slab it or let it breathe ...

Very nice find Fletcher. Your 2-C is relatively smooth (best I've ever seen); mine is an attractive chocolately brown (oiled)but, with microporosity and planchet defects throughout. What is/are some of the CC grades/specimens? I like all the pieces in my colonial type set in plastic graded or Genuine after documenting all the pertinent info. I think you should/will probably do the same...judging from the rest of your harem.
Wow ... another one. I would love to see a pic of yours if you have one. as for the CC, I believe that there are approximately a dozen or so ... and, I have to believe that the gentleman I purchased mine from probably owns the finest known
