From my last hunt on New Year's Eve 2021. The W was in a customer roll from Chase! Managed to go out early in the day and get a nice little variety to search... It went well.
A couple other finds... A nice smooth example of a "dryer coin". No one enjoys getting these marked and stickered coins who ever likes doing this in the Denver area?! An absolutely stunning 2021 D Shield Cent...I also went through a bunch of 2021 penny rolls tediously searching for something like this!
Nope, no W's...but...4 years of new designs are coming! 2022 American Women Quarters™ Program Coins https://www.usmint.gov/news/press-r...or-2022-american-women-quarters-program-coins The women - Maya Angelou, Dr. Sally Ride, Wilma Mankiller, Nina Otero-Warren, Anna May Wong About the designs - https://www.usmint.gov/learn/coin-and-medal-programs/american-women-quarters Line art of the new designs - https://www.usmint.gov/news/image-library/american-women-quarters-program I really liked the Tuskegee Airmen and the Washington Crossing quarters...so I'm staying positive for more beautiful designs...honoring women in our history is a fantastic place to continue with new designs imho!!!
That cent is fairly frosty, hard to find them like that, One of the main determining factors of grade with these new cents is the spots. BS are hard to find with out them being too distracting.
Agreed...I seem to get nearly untouched ones fairly regularly... but they do tend to be those strikes that sit below a higher raised rim
There are still a lot out there. I just began my CRH once again. I found a few after just a couple boxes. Hope the luck continues!
