I posted that I don't collect provincials, neither am I attempting to build an emperor set. All that being said I bought this Romulus from the same dealer as my Caracalla and Geta confronted bust coin. I have never owned one and the price was right and it filled an imaginary gap. I know that here are many better examples knocking around in the collections of members here but thought it worth sharing this one anyway.

    Romulus - Follis

Obv:- IMP MAXENTIVS DIVO ROMVLO N V FILIO, bare headed bust of Romulus right
Rev:- AETERNA MEMORIA, eagle with spread winfs standing right on domed hexastyle temple, its’ right door ajar
    Struck in Ostia. //MOSTP. ca. late 309 – 312 A.D.
References:- RIC VI Ostia 33 (Rated C)

    24.13mm. 6.21 gms. 180 degrees,

Who cares if there is better, there is some of us who may never own one at all, like me. Unless it was a wrong listed that recently occurred for me.

    Its a nice bronze, congrats.

Don't have a Romulus yet, nor a maxentius need those to round out the tetrarchy.

Nice catch. The big ones can get pricey. Here's one of the quarter follis types for him. A lot less coin, in more ways than one:
