Figure this one out

I recieved an email from the mint Sunday that said they shipped 1 Lincoln silver dollar proof, shipped UPS.
Today I recieved another email saying the proof was on back order and would ship on the 20th. OK, so I checked the tracking numbers and it came back as shipped and the weight was 124.5 lbs. The rest of the order was showing reserved in stock and not shipped yet. The rest of the order could only weigh a few lbs total, if it had shipped. I can't wait to see what weighs 124 lbs( that is going to be a lot of proofs) LOL.

Thanks, 124 lbs of coins would be good. have to check the rest of my orders with them, have 6 orders and hope some of them are right. The one they could send more of are the 09 lincoln 2 roll set, would love some more of those after seeing what they are going for on ebay. LOL

Have you checked to see what your credit card was billed. I remember one error where the guy's card was debited $27,000 for a $700 order.

Jim, so far everything looks ok on the card. I will keep an eye on it though. I understand that aspect of messed up paper work, just went through it with a laptop purchase. Still getting soft ware and extra mice a week later.

OK, got the UPS shipment this morning. Not 124 lbs but 1 lb, one proof Lincoln Dollar. Lets see that is the one they still list as back ordered, now the invoice says the others are back ordered( the same sets my mint acct says are in stock and reserved) I give up, will just wait and see what comes this way in the next few weeks.

Probably was supposed to be 1.24 pounds or one and a quarter pounds.

 

Yeah I just gave up checking on my order until I finally got an email saying it had shipped, then I just waited until it showed up. I got too annoyed at it watching it and checking it all the time.
