Like in thread. I have 3 two dollars from 1917, in different condition. Which is the most valuable. Propose the price. 1. First 2. Second 3. Third HOW MUCH IS IT WORTH? Thanks:smile
If your looking for offers I would pay $30 each. There is a retail value but stuff like this is hard to sell. So my answer to you is there worth $30 to me.
I personally wouldnt pay much more then that either the notes are missing some Corners and have several rips and tears, These types of notes are not very Desirable to collectors especially in a very common note, If it was a rare note Then that would be a different story!
If you want to see what people are paying on ebay, go there and click on the "advanced search" link at the end of the search tool bar. You have to be logged in to your ebay account to use it. Once there, you can enter in a search and check "Completed listings only". Hit search and you'll have a whole list of 1917 $2 bills that show up from the past month. Green values indicate auctions that sold. Red indicate unsold. It will save you a lot of posting. From looking on there, if you're willing to take the hit on fees and time, you would get more than $30 for all of them. But $100 would be a crapshoot, even for the best one. They're not that rare. And a really sharp looking one just sold for $60. Graded ones seem to realize higher prices. I think there's a rainbow colored version that goes for much more.
