Here's a few oddities I've just noticed while going through my collection.

    1995-D Lincoln Cent

When I saw it, I just assumed post mint damage. But then it seemed odd how even the rim was completely missing the copper plate. It's odd though because some copper is missing on the obverse, which made me assume that it may have just been tampered with. Also, the outline around Lincoln makes me believe it was tampered with even more. Any thoughts? Pics below:

For the most part the reverse is normal.

    2005-S Jefferson Bison Proof

Poor Jefferson, it looks like he was shot in the neck or something. It wasn't rejected by NGC and received a grade of 70. I'm a total newbie when it comes to imaging coins as you can see, so I apologize for the poor image. Thoughts (not on my poor photography lol)?

I would say the 1995-D cent appears to have counting machine damage.
