Feeling Inspired - Roman Provincial

At the beginning of 2016, I felt inspired by one particular Roman provincial tetradrachm. Although the coin was not terribly rare or exceptionally high grade it spoke quite loudly to me. Since that time there have been a future more examples of said tetradrachm that have appeared on Coin Talk. Please stand up and take a bow @Mat .

Examples of the coin were not hard to locate by any means, but prices for the condition I desired seemed to be rather high, such as life. Just recently while chatting with a friend and dealer on Facebook I discovered that he was in midst of closing a deal to upgrade the example of said coin in his collection and I could have first shot at the throw back. I was able to procure it in a fair trade, so it didn't even touch the budget for this month.

    Here is that coin...

    Roman Empire
    Syria, Antiochia ad Orontem
    Augustus Octavian (r. BC 27 - AD 14)
    AR Tetradrachm 26 mm x 14.82 grams
Struck 26 of the Actian Era and Cos. 12 (BC 5)
Obverse: Laureate bust of Octavian right. Greek Legend - KAIΣOAPΣΣE BAΣTOY (Caesar Augustus)
Reverse: Tyche of Antioch seated on a rock to right, holding a palm-branch, the river-god Orontes swimming at her feet, YΠA monogram, IB (Cos. 12) and ANT (in monogram) in field. Greek Legend - ETOVΣ - CK - NIKHΣ, CK ( 26 yrs After the Victory)
    Ref: RPC 4151

O: KAIΣAPOΣ ΣEB_AΣTOY, Laureate head right
R: ETOYΣ-ZK-NIKHΣ, Tyche seated right on rocks, palm branch in left hand, river god Orontes swimming right below, YPA monogram, IB / ANT monogram in right field Regnal Year 27 (5/4 BC), COS 12.

Note: The ZK breaking the reverse legend is the regnal year 27, IB is for consulship 12. Minted in what is possibly the year of the birth of Jesus Christ.
