Feeder finger marks?

Good afternoon all

I just wanted to know if these marks on the front of this $1 are from the feeder? I normally see small ones when going through my change but never normally as prominent as this one. Any help as always is much appreciated

I don't think so, plus feeder fingers are used at the mint, not [to my knowledge] at the BEP

 

Plenty of times for coins but for paper money.

 

Thanks for the replies, I’m not up to scratch on paper money to be fair so I’m guessing I’m using the wrong terminology here. So the machine that feeds the notes through the process is called? And can it make those marks on the note? I’m about to research it now that I’m not busy so I may end up getting the answer myself before the next reply
