Picked this up recently as part of a collection and didn't think too much about it other than it's old and kind of cool. Do people collect these? Are they worth much? Not looking to sell it but wanted to know if I should take better care of it other than keeping it in a desk drawer. :) Thanks ~ Darryl

Short answer, YES, they are collectible. This one dates from pre-1965, as the Pittsburgh has a postal Zone number, not a postal Zip Code (introduced in 1965).
Start bid, $15, in case you're wondering, and they can take it or leave it. Point out it's at least 50 years old, when Janet Yellen (born 1946) was still a teen-ager.

edit//Janet Yellen (born 1946) was still a teen-ager, clueless even then, and fretted she was too short to go to the prom. Amazing how these things come back to haunt you...

Ya, love seeing the zone number vs zip code. Thanks, think it's a cool piece.

I always return these to the banks like the bags say. And if you believe that one I got another one for you, lol.

I keep these. I don't even care what shape they're in.

Lucky for me the bank no longer exists in Pittsburgh, on its way to becoming a hotel. :)
