I recently picked up a dupondius (I think - it weighs 10.1 grams) of Faustina II from a local dealer and I was just getting around to attributing it but got confused. Here it is: Not pretty, but it was only 10 bucks. I think it is RIC 1395. However, I am finding online information to be scanty, and the information on Wildwinds and Coinproject to be in disagreement over what RIC 1395 actually is. I couldn't find any Vcoins, etc. listings for this (is it scarce? I never think of Diva Faustinas being anything but common.) Since I don't have an RIC to check against, I was hoping someone out there could clear this up for me. Mine is clearly the Felicitas reverse. Thank you! Wildwinds: RIC 1395 Faustina II AE Dupondius. It was issued under her father, Antoninus Pius, and is listed under him in RIC. That's probably the source of your confusion. That's FELICITAS SC, Felicitas standing left, holding caduceus, left hand on hip. It's RIC (Pius) 1395; Cohen 108; RCV --
