Not sure but.. On Ebay.. From China.. With only 10 feedbacks.. Why would anyone pay for this guys stuff... Fakes right? http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZyangguoli2009QQhtZ-1 Look at some of his Past items .. Heck this one just closed for over $400.00 # 170411289688
ya think? a nice unc (Gem?) 1984 S Morgan striaght form China, and 23 idiots bid it up to $485.00. if you question that one, how about: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170375745739 Nicer than the original!
Wow, Nuts.. How do they get away with it? I look at the past feedback.. connect to those buyers.. and look at their feedback.. all connected.. Shill bidding.. fake feedback.. counterfeit items.. Why can;t ebay do just a bit of research.. God at least the buyers (suckers).. That is so Sad that some need to be so badly burned to learn.. I own two Fake Trade Dollars.. The first two I ever purchased.. And thank god It was a Cheap lesson.. ended up being very cheap.. refunded and got to keep.
And here was a nice 1909-S Indian cent with a type 1 obv hub for $495 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170391822859
email Ebay, get real!! Yes there are plenty of crooks in China and plenty of bidiots to fill their pockets with big $$$. It will never end until Ebay does something about it! That said, what could they do? Maybe someone should start a thread of ideas on what Ebay could do to better police the crooks. Then print the thread out and send it with the name of an Ebay executive or a simple ATTN: Coin Security. You send it registered mail so that you are somewhat sure that someone of importance got it and take it from there. That is as close as anyone will ever get to having Ebay make some changes. Coins are just part of Ebay's big money making power. If they are sent an email, they will do nothing worthwhile... Crooks from China make a good living doing this type of stuff and unfortunately Ebay doesn't know how to fix this. Can you help???
Did that for me too, and a search for completed auctions also returned 0 items. But if you go look at his feedback you can see the auctions.
It is not ebay's responsibility to police that "huge" site. It is the buyers. If the buyers are stupid and buy the fakes, I have no sympathy for them. Stupid is what stupid does. I'm also the one who gets ****ed off with the person who sues McDonnald's after she burns herself for spilling hot coffee on her leg. Can anyone admit to being stupid and just let it go? I don't think so.
If you look at the past feedbacks.. compare the names and percentage of how many times they are unique to that seller.. and how many times the seller is also a buy of the same other person.. If you look at this Auction.. and connect the dots you can see it is about three users (Or Same Guy) all in China.. all connected.. I would think it would be an easy program to make that would at least Red Flag them for the Ebay Security Dept.. Now I know the whole Policing of the thing would be a bit rough but at least the security dept could flag and watch.. Refund and help.. Perhaps a Standard Warning emailed to bidders.. I know.. Buyer beware.. But it hurts all the other honest sellers.. Hurts Ebay and Nobody Deserves to be burned no matter how dumb they may be.. . It Just stuns me how someone would not look at the Location of a buyer.. If you see China.. I dont care ... I stay away.. Heck I TRY to stay away from Oversea sales.. Try. I really hope others on this site would also feel the same about others being burned
