Looks like it to me, maybe an American selling to other Americans, terrible worst kind of seller ever!! Then from China as well! I don't know for certain but it don't look good to me! https://www.ebay.com/itm/3942694477...dDqEiOHL8vFYXLURB8Je|ampid:PL_CLK|clp:2047675 https://www.ebay.com/itm/3543288626...fh2ZqUmbB5+Tarto/INovoK7bd|tkp:Bk9SR_jOn4f6YA
Assuming these are counterfeit, this is why I would never buy any PM that is not easily recognized for what it is. Junk silver comes to mind in that it is easily recognizable.

Silver bars at less than scrap, sold through a website that charges fees for using it. If you believe this deal, the cliché is, “I’ve got a deal for you on a bridge to Brooklyn.” Sometimes people almost deserve to get taken.
So true, some will look at the ad and think they're lucky and they're gonna get a really sweet deal only to find out at selling time that they took it hook line and sinker! I would hate to see someone with limited funds be taken to the cleaners! Their examples look pretty good except for the serial numbers. https://www.jmbullion.com/1-oz-johnson-matthey-silver-bar/
