One person caught.... many more still out there. I think we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg as thousands of phony coins and slabs are entering the U.S. everyday. But I doubt if this alteration was done in China... too much work involved. They would just stick one of their unmarked copies in a slab and "bingo"... instant profit.
this is another advantage of the new NGC slabs, with a clear view of the rims this type of scam would be impossible.
