    Hi,

Looking for some help in identifying where this coin comes from and perhaps who made it....might be a longshot!

Found references to a number of copies such as the Paduan however I am sure this is not one of them. Other indicators are that it may be an 18th century cast. If anyone can shed some light on this it would be much appreciated.

    Dimensions are:

    Diameter approx 36mm
    Depth approx 5mm

    Legends are:

L SEPTIMIVS SEVERVS PERTINAX AVG IMP VII
    DIVI M PII F P M TR P IIII COS II PP

As mentioned on my previous 'Hello' first time here so hope this is enough info.

    Thanks

    Ron

There were many, many copies of the paduan medals over the years. In fact, the copies are much, much more common than the paduan medals are themselves.

I would have guessed a 19th century copy, but it would purely be a semi-educated guess.
