Eyeball error penny

    Can anyone tell me about these extra eeyeballs on right hand of face mite have to have a glass piece to do it with.. Im new so if i did anything wrong please let me know thank you

    A 2013 Cent is Copper Plated Zinc. You have a Plating Bubble. Not a Mint Error.
