Eyeball error penny

    Can anyone tell me about these extra eeyeballs on right hand of face. I think thats what they are.. You mmite need to have a loop
    to do it with.. Im new so if i did anything wrong please let me know thank you

    look like die chips, die chips happen when the die that produces the coin has minor breaks that let the metal flow into the break. Minor value unless the die break is extreme.     A 2013 Cent is Copper Plated Zinc. You have a Plating Bubble. Not a Mint Error.
