Hers's a recent find! Just to the left of Kennedy's chin/mouth area AND directly blow his chin is a raised irregular shape slightly smooth and protruding from the coin's surface. I looks like something is in between the copper and clad layer. Has anyone seen this before. Is ths an error.

Hard to say for sure, but it may just be the result of a mint worker trying to polish out a small chip in the die. In my opinion it is not an error.
