Went to Lowe's to get stuff for my camper and in my change was a1982 proof nickel still in great condition. A few hairlines but still a neat find in change. First proof I have pulled in change. One of my personal favorites from circ since it was my first proof. Pulled all sorts of other stuff but no proofs til today.
I guess I'd better quit patronizing the Home Depot 1.5 miles east of here, and start going to the Loews 2 miles northwest. Great find!
