    Hey guys,

Does anyone have a good photo of a uncirculated coin that is cover in tiny carbon fleck, likely from someone talking or breathing over the coin and leaving spittle on the surfaces. I need a photo for an example of improper handling.

    Thanks in advance.

It's not uncirculated but the damage is done just the same.

PM me if you want the larger file size.

    Darryl,
I suspect someone dipped that coin and did not neutralize it properly afterwards. Often times it leaves several large black spots like are exhibited on your coin. I do believe these are considered carbon spots.
