Every seen toning on a dime like this?

I received this coin in my lunch change years ago . It was brand new from a cashiers pan. I noticed it had a copper color and put it in a small 2x2 envelope and some 19 years ago. I've never seen a clad coin tone like this.

The reverse looks like that could have been an ender in a shotgun roll with environmental exposure.

 

Yes. On a Washington quarter also. Saw one darker on a Morgan dollar three weeks ago. It was darker and took up the center of the reverse in a circle as big as a quarter. That one was a chemical alteration.

 

I've seen something similar to that toning but on nickels.
