Weight is 16.7g, someone said the patina seems painted on.

Looks like horn silver which only appears this thick on ancient coins, a soak in sodium thiosulfate should reveal the silver if it is real.

Ive asked him to clean it to remove the patina. The coins not in my posession as of yet.

Any other remarks by anyone? does the edge look fine?

I'm not an expert in authentication but I have bid on some Eukratides tets in the past. Failing to get them, I can't compare edges with yours. I'm not convinced about this coin. Doesn't look good to me.
