Falta de control de calidad Certainly not nearly so important as a Morgan or Peace dollar strike peculiarity meriting a VAM attribution, but here's a 1938 Un Peso displaying a very prominent die crack. Not especially uncommon with 19th century Mexican coinage, but I haven't seen this sort of flaw before in a relatively modern issue such as this. Has anybody else observed this particular variation?
