First coin is a 2016 P dime, are these die chips?
Second is a 2021 P dime, I'm not sure what this could be.
Any insight is welcome! Worth keeping? Thanks!

Welcome back Jackie. I'm not sure how you attached the photos, but please click on the Full Image button after you upload your photos, and many members here appreciate full photo of the obverse and reverse, even when just a small area is in question. It can really help in identifying the variety or error markers.
If your photos are from a scope, try using your phone to take the photos.
