Error?

I have been reading a lot about doubled die , but I’m still having trouble understanding what this looks like. Can anyone look at the picture I’m sending and let me know what would cause this? Is this doubled die or something else?

You did not post another picture. The first picture looks like Die Deterioration.

Doubled Die are considered a Variety not a Mint Error.

Thanks for your help. I read that if it looks rounded it’s doubled die. I guess the letters look rounded to me-especially the r and the s.(sorry about the missing picture!
