The only error I see is that someone spilled something, maybe glue?, on the obverse of that nickel coin. Have you touched it? Is it sticky? Is it raised above the surface of the coin?
The reverse of the quarter has damage on it and I don't see any mint errors there either.

If you clean off the nickel you'll have a coin worth 5 cents.

Unless the quarter has something amazing on the other side, you've got a coin there worth 25 cents.

Hey, don't get discouraged and don't give up looking. Sooner or later you'll find something good. Keep looking, keep posting, and most importantly, Welcome to Coin Talk !!

    Broken wing?
On my 25c der is a dye crack on the eagles wing, is that considered a mint error?

I never asked you a question.. I told you what you have. You can see right through the dried adhesive. Dried a long time ago so it would not be sticky.

The 2nd Nickel you posted is PMD - Post Mint Damage. Monticello on Reverse was ground away somehow.

    Again.. Welcome to CoinTalk
