Error?

    Well, based on those images it could be anything from a greaser to an idle miscreant with a belt sander. I think $11 shipped was about right. I'd spend that much just to know. :)

    Looks normal + damaged + overpriced to me Hommer. In good w/o damage it's around $30.00. Edit-Did I get led to the wrong coin? Your link sent me to a holed coin.

    I might have thought an error when I first pulled it up as the picture was very small but when I enlarged it, it was in a 2X2 which made me think that at first.

    It should work. Or does for me. It's the sold coin, not the suggested one.
    Kinda what I thought. It's a crapshoot, I'll see if it's snakeyes or Little Joe the hardways.

    The high points are there. It's the low ones that appear to be missing, as if the obverse was weakly struck, but the reverse appears normal. This was what lead me to believe capped die. Is there anything else that would do that?
