Looks like a possible lamination or strike through. But hard to tell with blurry pictures. 1 - take it out of the flip 2 - take clear close up pictures. If you look at it and see it's blurry, it won't be any use to us. Your phone will take decent pictures. Lay the coin on a flat surface and shoot from 4-6 inches away. 3 - crop the pictures so just the coin is visible. Nobody needs to see your living room or the dirt under your fingernails to help you with your coin
