Bought a roll of dimes at work yesterday. No face or date. Any thoughts on validity and value?

I saw a coin like this once. Even held it. It was damaged by heat in a fire of my favorite coin shop. It took months but they rebuilt. Not sure of the source but it is damaged by heat.

If you call that mint condition, I wonder what you call poor. You can see the heat bubbling on the back also.
