Does anybody know any error pennys found found in Canadian circulation? All I can find is US error pennys on the Internet so is there even any errors out there from the canadian mint? There would have to be!

Yes, but the mintages are also much lower. So even if they produce errors at the same rate there will still be many fewer errors available.
