I dont know anything about error coins at all, and was wondering if anybody could give me some insight on these pennys, Are these errors? Or something somebody did in their garage.
Those are all legitimate errors and the last one is a blank planchet. They are worth a few dollars each. Richard
With no date or mintmark on them, it's hard for them to appreciate too much value. Definitely worth keeping around though. Also, errors are worth more if there's a larger amount out there, which seems a bit counter-intuitive, but it's true. If there's just one weird die error, people don't collect it. But, if 1000 or so of one particular errors got out of the mint, it's a lot more collectible. Or so I've heard.
Not rich, but you got a good deal at $1 each! And tonedcoins is correct, these are off center strikes and the last one is a blank planchet.
For a dollar each, you got a good deal. The last one you paid about the regular price. See if it is a wide AM variety.
