Error or ???

    Good morning everyone. So I was going through my pocket change as usual and I came across this dime can somebody tell me if this is an error? Please and thank you

    Those are called occluded gas bubbles. In very worn condition they are hard to determine if they are a defect in the planchet. Or simply someone with too much time on their hands and a torch.
    My opinion is that yours is the latter. PMD or post mint damage. Especially with the coin showing plenty of circulation and environmental damage.

    Torch Heat affected the clad surface. As stated before.
